Owner and General Contractor, Michael Kavathas has been involved in the construction industry for 30 years. He remodeled the bathroom in his parents home when he was 16 years old by reading a book and was sold. He found out at an early age that he liked to build stuff and use his hands. While serving in the US Army at the 82nd Airborne Division in North Carolina, Michael received his Bachelors Degree in Construction Management as well as an Associates Degree in Business Management through the University of North Carolina.
